How You Can Help

Every Gift Makes a Difference...
Hospice of the Upstate is a non profit organization.
As your community hospice, we work to provide the highest
quality care to terminally ill patients, and their families.
Many of the services we provide are over and above what is
reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
Our nurses, social workers, aides, and counselors strive
daily to respond to the unique needs of each patient and family.

We care for over 1,000 patients each year either in the
Callie and John Rainey Hospice House or in our
Home Care Program.  And the need for hospice
services in our community is growing.

Hospice care is sensitive, dignified and cost effective health
care.  We care for all patients and their families, regardless
of a family’s ability to pay.  We also reach out to our
community and offer education and information at no charge.

Every gift will make a difference in someone's life and in the
quality of care available for those served by Hospice of the
Upstate.  Donations enable us to add extra services to help meet
the needs of our patients, and provide added support for families
during bereavement.
