Give the Gift of Care

You may make a donation to Hospice of the Upstate to honor someone’s special occasion – birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc. – and give the gift that will help Hospice of the Upstate maintain the highest quality of patient care for patients and families in need.

For a minimum donation of $20, you will receive a beautifully hand-crafted card to personalize and mail to that special someone. They will know a gift has been made to Hospice of the Upstate in honor of their special occasion.

Sailboats, Butterfly on Coneflower, Fall Leaves, Wheat, Hot Air Balloons

2. Wedding: 1 design, Apple Blossoms

3. Sympathy: 2 designs, White Tulips or White Calla Lillies

4. Meditation Garden Note Cards (package of 4): Set of 4 cards with amazing color photos from the Meditation Gardens at Hospice of the Upstate.

The Wall of Continuing Life

The Wall of Continuing Life is a unique giving opportunity in which loved ones can be honored or memorialized. This handmade picturesque tile wall portrays the natural beauty of South Carolina, featuring delicate dogwoods, lovely native wildflowers, and charming woodland wildlife.

Located just outside Rose Hall, our new dining room, in the Callie & John Rainey Hospice House, this peaceful landscape is the work of skilled claysmith, Rob Gentry. Recognized as one of South Carolina's top professional artisans, Rob has been a claysmith for over 25 years. It is a privilege for Hospice of the Upstate to work with Rob on a project that creates such a meaningful opportunity of expression for our families.
