1.      Exciting Nursing Opportunities
Hospice of the Upstate is growing, and seeking Registered Nurses for full-time and PRN positions in the Rainey Hospice House and home care.  There are also current openings for home care case managers in the Greenville area and a full time admissions specialists.The successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively with physicians and other health care staff, work well with patients, families, and staff, and be accountable to maintain and correctly document in an electronic health record. 3.      Home Care Case Manager - Full time
Responsible for the management, oversight and coordination of care for assigned caseload of home hospice patients.

On Call Position
Ability to cover calls and visits occurring after hours and on weekends for home hospice patients.

Minimum Qualifications:  Current South Carolina license as a Registered Nurse.

Admission Specialist - RN
The Admission Specialist presents, signs, and assesses new patients
wanting to participate in the Hospice of the Upstate Program. 

Minimum Qualifications: Current South Carolina license as a Registered Nurse.
Current (or in the process of obtaining) Georgia license as a Registered Nurse.

Duties include:
Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm
 Present/Explain the Hospice of the Upstate program.
          Sign and assess new patients for enrollment into Hospice of the Upstate's program.
          Complete admissions under hospice guidelines, policy and procedure.     
          Participate in the Homecare on-call schedule.
          Assist homecare staff with initial, follow up and emergency visits as needed.
          Assist in the Hospice House setting as needed.
          Completes and charts essential communications as necessary.

Dietary Assistant – Full Time
Duties include:

Assist with meal preparation, delivering and removing food trays to patient’s rooms.
Wash dishes, clean equipment, clean dining room, miscellaneous duties assigned within kitchen.
Must be able to work assigned schedule; may be asked to work on weekends.
Unload trucks when they arrive; break boxes down and discard them in their proper place.

Must be flexible, organized and work effectively and professionally under stress

Must be able to professionally represent the organization with credibility and dignity and in the spirit of excellence and trust

Experience preferred.
