Spiritual Care Coordinator

FUNCTION |
|
Provides spiritual support to patients,
families, and staff while keeping within their desire and belief
system consistent with Hospice of the Upstate policies, procedures
and philosophy. |
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |

(A)
The Degree of Master of Divinity
(B)
Ordained Minister
(C) Four
units of Clinical Pastoral Education
(D)
Excellent oral and written communications skills
(E)
Excellent organizational skills
(F)
Demonstrates ability to be open, sensitive and ecumenical
(G) Able
to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual
lifestyles
(H)
Cultural competency
(I)
Able to work successfully with varied groups of people
(J)
Must be computer literate |
