Home Care Nursing Assistant
Full-time

- Must be licensed, experience is required
- Must be able to work with terminally ill
  patients as part of a team
- Competitive salary, good benefit program

Home Care Social Worker
Full-time position & PRN position

- Masters in Social Work from an accredited
  School of Social Work
- Licensed by South Carolina and/or Georgia
  Board of Social Work Examiners
- Health Care setting experience preferred.
