Social Work Coordinator
Social Work Coordinator to provide administrative, supportive and educational supervision to social work staff.  Participate in new employee and volunteer training; on-call rotation; assist with quality improvement; provide social work services to patients/families as needed.

Must have MSW from accredited school of social work, 2 years of hospice experience.  Supervisory or management experience preferred.
