Volunteers

Volunteers are a part of the heart and soul of Hospice of the
Upstate. They truly provide so many services for us – it is
overwhelming!  It is with a great deal of pride that we acknowledge their huge contributions and commitment.

Their many jobs include:  patient sitting, respite for caregivers, staffing our health fair booths, baking birthday cakes for our patients, raising money for Hospice of the Upstate and for families in need, providing clerical support, running errands for families, gardening, and so much more.

All of our patient care volunteers are required to complete 15
hours of training.  We extend our deepest gratitude for the
gifts they share!
